LOAN COMPLAINT
I have a loan with Capitec which i pay every month via their naedo system ,I pay R2570 every month but my loan balance has been R21000 for the past 3 months according to the loan balance on my banking app ,so it means capitec is ripping me off ,it means im paying for nothing,you guys are running a bank like a loan shark.
