Loan balance more than what borrowed

Good Day I am writing the review as I am not sure why my balance for Capitec is not going down I did reverse the amount for last month and for June I am finding it very difficult because I was paying the account before in full before I went on debt review which was not working for me saw well instalment, but it is like I never paid anything on this account where did all that moneys go I am aware that I need to pay the account but it is just sad that the balance is not going down but up instead they need to minus the payments I made since I took this loan in 2019 it is 2025 now I took R100000 it is currently R105929.57. Can this account be thourally checked there is no way I can continue whit this balance, which is more than what I borrowed. I tried but it is just too much.
