Loan balance

I had a loan in August 2010 with capitec bank for R21604.76 and it was suppose to end July 2013.But in June 2012 I app**** for another loan and it was approved for <br> R 23943.19 and is what was deposited into my bank account. Only lately in the beginning of March when I check my loan balnce is shows R 51225.90.On the 16/03/2016 I went to Maponya Mall capitec bank to check why my balance is still sitting on R 51225.90.Then the consultant who helped me checked on the system and it showed that the loan that was approved for me in 2012 was actually R 65854.52 and therefore they settled the loan that I took in 2010 and then deposited the balance amount into my bank account which was R 23943.19.Then she called their head office and the person she was speaking to said I had 2 loans and with the R65854.52 they settled those 2 loans and deposited the balnce into my bank account. But I told her that I had only 1 loan with Capitec and that is the one I took in 2010 and I don't know about the second loan.
