Loan application
I app**** for a loan from Capitec and was informed telephonically that it was approved. I have spoken to them and after numerous emails received a call yesterday that my loan was not approved.
I am so disappointed in Capitec I really feel that I have been treated badly and am so sorry that I have an account with them.
