Loan application

Really disappointed with these guys..I have been banking with them for years and always had hope and faith in them...however i guess there are some things in life you just cant count on.

I have app**** for a loan online as well as on the banking app last Friday...i received a call from one of the staff ( ********** ) on that Saturday at 12:02...stating that i got a pre-approved loan and that i needed to send some documentation...i explained to her that i do not have access to email..and will get them sent on Monday...she said that she will sms me their email address so that i can send through the documentation.....haven't received that sms since the call.
