Loan Application
I went to Capitec today to apply for a loan.<br> <br> Spent 1 hour waiting for a consultant to assist me (I was at teller 10).<br> <br> I went to 3 banks and qualified for loans at all of them, when I tried MY OWN BANK, they declined my loan application stating I should try again after 3 months because of some system error.<br> <br> WHAT A JOKE!<br> <br> I am going to take the Nedbank loan and close my account with Capitec, you are very efficient at helping customers but then doing ****oll to assist them with their queries.<br>
