LOAN AMOUNT INCREASING AFTERPAYING FOR YEARS/ NEED TO BE FIXED

I am very unhappy as I have a loan with Capitec from 2019 I took a R100000 loan out however I have been paying for many years until I could not do it on my own I turned to Debt review ever sorry my dept just kept going up instead of them assisting they put me in to more dept, however I decided to cancel the dept review process. Because I could see now, I am getting nowhere with this people and my loan is not coming down. I think it's now almost 5 months that I am not with dept review I sent Capitec several massages as I want to make arrangements no one comes back to me. When I checked my balance it is currently over 91 thousand, I was so shocked to see that balance what happened to all that money I was paying every month I just need Capitec to explain how it is possible that my balance could be so high and I was also advised that Capitec was not supposed to give me that large loan amount and like I said I was paying this account for years for it to be back to almost the amount I took when I made the loan.
