Loan account rescheduled without my consent by ineffecient staff

Please assist I went to Capitec Bank campus square branch to apply for a loan and when I got there one of your consultant rescheduled my current loan with you and wanted to convince me to sign the document even though I could clearly see that was a rescheduling agreement which clearly states that I won’t be able to pay my instalments which is not true. I didn’t sign the document, probably they forged my signature so they cover up the nonsense they did. I told them that they need to reverse the loan rescheduling agreement as I went to the bank to apply for a loan not to reduce my instalment.

The guy who was assisting me seemed like a learner, He was playing lot of guess work with my credit profile
