Loan Account not updated and Miscalculations

<p>I have a loan with Capitec Bank, however I made a huge repayment of almost 50% to reduce the capital amount loaned to me. For the past 4 months as the debit orders are being deducted from my account the loan balance was not being updated and the interest has/is being charged on the closing balance which does not take into cognizance the mothly repayment. As I analyse it properly it seems like I have been paying in vain because the balance has not been updated monthly and the interest is being charged on a higher closing balance than what they should have. I have an amount that I paid in March still hanging and it has not being allocated because had it been allocated the loan balance would have decreased and ultimately the interest charged on a lower balance but NO nothing. I called Capitec Call Centre but no one has been able to assist me at all but they continue benefiting from my repayments whilst I am not anywhere close to finding a solution.</p> <p>Frustrated Customer.</p> <p>Capitec Reference number : ********** 2</p> **********
