Loan account arreas and loan extension.

Why is my loan account in arreas whilst its paid on monthly basis immediately when my salary is transfered also today the account had money the loan debited before i got paid ,does it mean there would be a double debit for this mnth if so why? Another thing why was the loan account extended without me signing aggreeing to it ,what about the agreement i signed in July 2019.,Went to bank to query the extension was told to ignore it as i signed in July 2019 but when i check my loan acc its extended. What is going on with Capitec.
