Loan

I'm writing this on behalf of my aunt. Because none of your staff could help her nor make her understand what exactly they are talking about, at your Kempton park branch.

She took a loan of R30 000, for 8 months she paid R2400 and never missed a payment. Her loan didn't go down, for that 8 months and the lady helping her told her "it's because of Covid"

They also mentioned that If they were to reimburse her the 19 200 her loan will go up again so it's better for her to keep on paying.

She has all the proof of payment. Please resolve this! Because none of this makes sense.
