Loan

I app**** for a loan last month, on the 20th of march., the agreement was that my first debit will go off on the 27 March 2015, to my surprise I keep on getting sms's advising that my account is overdue by 1162.00 which is supposed to go of on the 27th .I went to maponya mall @capitec yesterday but they couldn't give me an answer as to why I am getting the overdue sms'es .Now my ITC record is going to look bad because of your incompetence. You better fix this, am so disappointed in the service am getting.
