Loan

Capitec is really useless, I’ve been loyal to them and been using the bank since 2010 however with the treatment I’m getting hayi it’s ridiculous, I took out loan last year February of which I was paying off until I lost my job, I informed them what was happening, I found a new job and continued with my installments and I paid it off using my capitec app, under that loan account now however I’m being harassed by a law company called ara group claiming my account was sold to them, and I keep in explaining that I paid that account I even sent an email to ********** they acknowledged that I paid it off but now I have this people on my case, they say I should get a statement from the bank and send it to them, I called this number 0 ********** 83 a very rude lady spoke to and was not helpful, told me I should send an email to enquires told her I’ve already done that with no luck she then put me on hold and never came back to me, I had to resend another email to them then I’m told I need to contact ara group for my statement and settlement agreement, but I’ve already paid that account using my capitec app and as far as I’m concerned I don’t owe anyone... can this be sorted please coz I’m honestly tired of the harassment
