Loadsheeding while doing the ATM deposit

Loadsheeding while doing the ATM deposit at Capitec Bank Cosmo City Mall Branch, Capitec have declined my dispute, am very disappointed, no effort to do through investigation on this issue, the ATM's doesn't have backup power supply, no assistance to review the cameras at the mall or at the ATM if there any, i thought Capitec was one of the best, but there have proven me wrong - will escalate this to the highest level i can, maybe this will assist an individual who has been struggling with similar issue, from incompetence of Capitec
