Livid

I have a debit order that is supposed to come off the last day of the month and time and time again they insist on deducting on the 28th which I have never instructed. This has resulted on me paying penalties from my bank. Why would you ask me for a bank statement that clearly shows when my salary is paid.

This is costing me money unnecessarily, I'm tired of saying the same thing.
