Live better system a hoax
Capitec Banks live better system is a hoax. I've been given the run around about reward money due to me for days with nobody able to say when I will be paid. For future clients... Don't be swayed by the live better system... It's nonsense. Rather choose another bank... This bank is up to nonsense

18 Mar 2025, 07:41It's been 5 days since someone called to ask about me complaint and no feedback, no response to my follow up... Just silence from Capitec. Im appalled by Capitec service. They don't value their clients and have a bunch of delinquints working there. Don't bank at Capitec... Worse bank I've ever dealt with!!!

You don't find service delivery an etiquette like that readily. I commend you for your efforts and results and as a result of your thoughtfulness and professionalism I will recommend Capitec as a bank anytime in the future. Well done Bongi. God bless you.
