Listed unfairly after taking initiative to fix my credit record

<p> </p> <p>My Capitec Personal loan listing is inaccurate because i was handed over unfairly without any 20 days prior notification with any form of communication. Mind you i am banking with Capitec Bank and my salary is received in one of their accounts meaning they have all my contact details which they could have used to contact me before hand letting me know. I called their legal department sometime last year wanting to make arrangements in paying the account but i was told my name still shows im under debt review so they cannot accept any direct payments so i waited for the rescission of my court order which was held in 13/12/2016 then made contact again in January after the lawyer had informed me it was approved... when i called they told me the same thing then told me to contact their lawyers who were handling my account and when i called the Hammond attorneys i asked them what does this mean will it affect my credit record considering i made contact on my own and they had not called me and Ayanda Nkosi the guy i spoke to said they were still gonna contact me im not yet listed only to find out i am now listed</p> <p> </p>
