Liscense disk still NOT issues!!

I've lodge a complaint on this platform regarding absolute redicilious ppr service from Capitec regarding the issue of 2 License disks. Paid for ! Paid on the 26 July 2025. It is now 16 bussiness days! The Promise 2-3 working days delivered! After first complaint, I got reaction from a Complaint Management Consultant. Provide the neccesary docs required. On the 16th Bussiness day still NO resolved action. ABSOLUTELY POOR SERVICE!!!
