Lift off debt review

I was under debt review but have been cleared 4 months ago I went to apply for a loan last week Friday. The concultend said they have to lift the review from my name on their said and it will take 5 to 7 days because they are doing it on there said but it 5 days later and still here is no response from there head office. The service is very slow if u can't assist then just said we can't but to keep a client waiting so long is unfair. I even showed then my clearance lett5
