Life cover payout

We have been doing follow up and keep on being told one thing over and over that they’ll get back to us they are still investigating the claim the last time we call they told us that it take 10 days and they get back to us up until now

When we do follow up agai. They are telling us another thing to us they told us it take 26 days for life cover to pay out but nothing yesterday they told us that it’s still been refer to relevent internal it has been refer to different stages all the time and they don’t even do follow up unless we call them or put complain here on hello Peter it’s disappointing
