Lies and more lies , gatvol client

I was a victim of ***** in March 2021, the cops has been investigating since then , a lady from Capitec in Cape Town called me and adviced they rep**** to the SAPS on the 07.05.2021, hence the Constable confirmed they never rep**** and they not allowed to give me the details on the email, this call was closed on Capitecs side. I need Capitec to provide me with details that proves the email was sent as this case my take years because Capitec is too lazy to do their work.
