***** lies and money on hold

I got an sms that my account has been cleared but the money that was in my account has not cleared as yet because it was suspected of *****. The money in my account is not reflecting and my account says it was cleared of suspected ***** on Friday. It has been over 24 hours and still my money is on hold and not in my account
