Lies and betraying customer.

I have been a customer of Capitec bank for over 10 years. Recently I took a personal loan from Capitec . My loan was approver for a big amount but the instalment is very high. So I asked the consultant can't they provide me with the loan I app**** for over longer term. The consultant and the branch manager was very helpful they tried everything in their power to assist me. The problem came when they contact head office for assistance, at first they were rude the consultant, and said they do not want to speak to me so that I can explain my problem to them. Why can they give you a loan for R60000 and a installment of R6000 over 12 months but not what you app**** for R230000 over 84 months with a smaller instalment. Know that you want to make the term longer to reduce your instalment over for instance over 48 months you can do It. The thing is why in the first place sent me a SMS they states that I was approved for R230000,00 over 84 months and when you get to the bank its another story. Its all lies.
