Licence disc renewals

I renewed licence disc on the 3rd of January 2025. On the 15th I went to the branch to ask, they told me that address needs to have house number I gave them the address but since then, no further communication. I've been going up and down making calls and they said the matter have been escalated. I haven't got any help untill today.my license disc expired, grace period will soon end. They gave me landline of skynet that I've been calling without reach. I don't know what to do and am frustrated. Last time I visited a branch, lady said I should perhaps go to any traffic department and enquire. I don't know whether the disc is with the courier company or returned to traffic department.am now even thinking of paying for a reprint.
