***** who will rip you off, they themselves do not answers for your questions

worst bank you could possibly want to beinvolved with ,they ***** and they never have proper answers , they have hidden clause that they do not discuss with you. they spoke about interest refunds and never deliver. my advise go take a loan with FNB not these **********. I doubt their consultants are educated. as for their complaints department I doubt they are too, they sabotagers , this my 3rd review and still no one has the answers for me. they do not take liability , they would want u to pay for their error.
