letter of closure

I had a loan with Capitec bank then it was handed over to legal and the account is showing closed on my ITC records these two companies are sending me from pillar to post as im looking a letter that shows that this account is closed..i have went to the Capitec Bank branch and they advice they can not assist me then i called the legals they have advised me to speak with Capitec bank.
