Let down by capitec

I was a victim of a ****, wrote an affidavit, have a case number and everything. While waiting for my money to be returned to me, I was given money by family to settle the people I owed money to. The day the funds cleared I tried to draw the money, only to find out my account has been stopped! I immediately came into the bank, went and made another affidavit as requested by them, came back to the bank sat for an hour and a half while the consultant tried to get hold of the forensics department, at 5 o'clock I eventually had to keavex I've already been here today again for another hour and still nothing!!!! This is honestly disgusting services not only was u ****med and lost money, I'm now being kept down by my bank because I cant even access the money in my account! J have even agreed that the money owed to the person can be debited immediately to pay her!
