I've been with Capitec Bank for a sum of years now and have started having deductions from my bank account since 27 June 2021 that I'm not sure of where it comes from and it cant be reversed, before I complaint to the bank my phone use to go off and now all off a sudden after complaining and having them tell me there's nothing they can do about it my phone has not given any notifications anymore and every month on the 27th this irreversible deduction still happen and I'm tired and irritated that nothing can be done about it and I want my money back as I have not given consent to this , i just want my money back and want this to stop or be stopped....
