legal fees

I'm not happy with the response I got from Capitec complaints management, I understand that I have to pay legal fees, garnish order amount R9729,67...legal fees are also R9711,67 and legal are also been garnished, I took a loan of R7000,00, I paid for four months an amount of R800,00...so for a loan of R7000,00 I must pay back R20000,00, this a ****************, how can legal fees be garnished and the same amount which I was garnished in 2012, and y didn't they include the legal fees when they garnished me in 2012, I'm really not happy my payslip is bad because of this garnish, previous ref nr :XC14607, new ref nr :CQ056216
