Legal Action Against Capitec

I am still waiting for Capitec to solve my payment issues with Facebook Ads. It's been a week now and still no update. It took them a couple of days to call me, and tell me the issue has been sent to the relevant department, for the 2nd time now, and still nothing.

I am considering seeking legal advice and will take legal action. This is damaging my business now. Pathetic service.
