Left in the dark,by my bank

To think that I loved and trusted this bank,only to be disappointed by how they cannot help me as client regarding a debit order I haven't signed up for,it's over 6 months now asking them to help me stop the debit order,spoke an agent she told me straight we cannot help u,go find the company and speak to them.
