Left in debt cause multi -loan revoked

This issue has left me in debt....I had a steady Multi-Loan (overdraft) with Capitec for almost a year....each month paid in full and never made a late payment or anything like that.Last month I accidentally did something on the mobile app which denied me the multi-loan (Overdraft) for some reason.I went into the Fourways branch and the tellar said I must come baclk at the end of the month to re instate the overdraft .I went back to do it and they said they can't give me the multi-loan again as I don't qualify.The problem here is that I made use of the overdraft facility to pay my bills each month and now without that I'm in a big hole cause I can't pay my bills.Please Capitec I always paid in full and you as Capitec made a lot of interest on the overdraft.Now I am in a big hole trying to figure out what to do....??<br> Nothing could be resolved byCApitec saying I didn't meet their requirements to re-instate the multi=-loan....now im in debt cause I can't get through this ,month....their reply..:
