Leaving me broke at the end of the month

I have a loan with Capitec Bank. My debit order is on the 25th of each month when I get paid. Capitec Bank decides to take my last bit of money on the 20th of the month. I sent an email, my email was sent to the wrong department. After finally getting through to the right department, my money was paid back within 15 minutes but debited again a day later, leaving me in trouble.
