Leaving Capitec

i've had enough of Capitec this month they keep deducting all the money from my account for their loan but i'm not in arreas, everytime i deal with the call centre i have to call over and over again and everytime i get them to reverse the money which is over and above their loan amount they charge me to reverse the mistake they made and this is costing me more money and keeps putting my other debit orders in jeopardy..........and they keep wanting people to switch their debit orders but keep deducting whenever they like, i'm going to HR tomorrow to switch my salary to another bank i can't deal with this in 2019.
