Leave capitec before it's too late

don't use capitec there security is horrible. Someone somehow got my detail and took everything in my account and capitec is saying its a card payment but I was in my car on my way home with my card in my pocket. I went to a capitec branch and they said it's a card payment I then went to another capitec branch and they said they tried multiple times to get in my account and tried again the next day after I blocked it and capitec didn't warn me or anything and they said they dont know where the money went .but i did report and waited 10 days for I don't know why for them to tell me no it's card payment so they won't help and when I told them they tried multiple times to get in my account they didn't know what I was talking about and said they can't help. Capitec is lying to us so they don't get any blame evens tho it's there fault. Also alot of this complaint are true and capitec has horrible security DONT USE CAPITEC
