Lazy Capitec Emplyee’s!

Capitec have lazy empoyee’s! On 2 occasions I have tried to withdraw cash inside the bank at Hartbee****rt Dam, Village mall! The staff refused that I withdraw money inside by the cashier? I am told that I MUST use the ATM? Since when is this how it works? Being a women on my own I find it safer to do this inside the bank! Seems I will be moving my account soon to another bank if this is how I am treated and refused at my Capitec branch!
