Laziest people of all time

I spent 2 hours waiting to open an account at your diepkloof branch only to get told that my perfectly normal ID doesn't show (whatever its supposed to show) under a uv light. I asked the guy to explain and he couldn't. I think he was just being lazy plus it's lunch time. I'm very disappointed since it's my first experience with the bank. Might aswel send the people home to self isolate since their laziness is at an all time peak. It will save the bank some money and everyone else thw trouble
