Laying complain about Capitec bank

Hi my name is Reginald Majola I have problem with Capitec bank they close my account suspecting that I might do ***** in 2016 , recently my Aunt deposited money in these account by mistake n the money go through and theyput charges to the money if I'm going to claim my money they told me that the account was closed I can't access the money
