Laughable Process

<p>I find it completely absurd that I have just had finance approved through BMW finance who have also settled accounts that were problematic on my part, yet I cannot recieve a "top up" on my existing loan. This loan account has been conducted well without missed or late payments. I am struggling to understand your credit policy, in addition to your refusal to have a discussion about accounts where the balances have been paid up (I have letters to prove it). </p>
