Laughable - can only recharge other cellphone providers on Capitec online banking

I have been a Capitec customer for years and recently received Capitec Connect SIM card. How ridiculous and laughable is it that when I go into my online banking and I want to buy PREPAID data or airtime, the only prepaid cellphone service providers that I can recharge with are CELL C, MTN, VODACOM and Telkom - there is no CAPITEC CONNECT !!!! This must be a huge joke on us, Joe the Public. Capitec Bank online banking offers recharge for all the cellphone company providers - but not their own !!! In order to put airtime on my Capitec Connect SIM card I have to trudge off to a shop which displays the BLU sign so that I can buy a voucher. Please dont bother telling me that I can recharge on your APP because I do not wish to use your App. I access my online banking via your TOKEN and will not be forced into sticking yet another banking APP onto my phone - for SECURITY reasons.
