Last customer on the Q, Teller go beck to the Q

Since i became i capitec client in 2008, i didnt have any issues until i move to Gauteng. I had been thinking about moving away from Capitec since 2015. I even decided to open FNB account just for backup and they have been servicing me very well since last year and the only thing that is left is for me to move my salary over. I cant really beleve the service that i got from Phindi at Germiston branch (ABSA building).

When i came into the bank there were two people on the Q and i was the thrid, the first person who was before me went to the teller after the other person was assisted and she was told to go back to the Q, she came back when she get to the Q a burton to call the next customer rang and she went. After she was assisted and left the teller's area i went before a burton was pressed because Phindi, the teller was actually interntionally not pressing it. When i get to her i got more that what i bargained for, She asked me to return to the Q and she will call me. I asked her what different would it make in English and then she changed and speak to me in ZULU which i dont not fluently understand and i opted to respond in my home language(Venda). What followed there after was shocking, She was swearing at me in her Zulu and ask asked to be assisted. She actually put me where i belong in the customer's box. I have been complaining about the service of this germiston branch since 2015 and it seems like no one is actually listening to me. I know when you get this you will only apologise and expect everything to be fine as normal. I have been a loyal Capitec client and i have draged my whole family along with me, that why today you will brag that you join 120 000 customers per month because of the marketing we do for you. If you dont believe me call me i will give you all my family's account number and you can contact them to confirm if indeed they were refered by me. I would like to believe that this is how you are paying me for bringing you more than five customers. I have been advocating for good services in your branches and know one is really interested. When you get this please note that this time am not interested in an apology but i need something concreate that will change my perception and i demand a compensation for all this poor customer services. No one in my life have ever told me that i have issues that need tissues, i wonder if she is a psychologiest who can diagnose me with a mental culpability. I used to regard Capitec as most affordable bank but since 2015 i have been suffering more than R70 in bank charges, but am happy i have FNB now i will just swicth my salary to them atleast they charge me R49 per month. Phindi was *********** to assist me as a service champion and i hope whoever will deal with this complaint should be more competent and customer focused.
