large withdrawal

Good day.

Please advise if I am unable to request a large cash withdrawal from a capitec branch?

A sales agent told me that I need to withdraw outside the ATM with the limit being R10000. I am afraid that this poses as a risk because now I need to go to the ATM more than 4 times daily, and i will encounter high bank charges for withdrawing outside the ATM rather than having a single withdrawal request made.

Please advise.
