Lapse policy after 3 missed premium that were not even conservative months

I took policies at Capitec Bank using their app. I work for the insurance industry and i have never came across a policy that says if you miss 3 premiums even if the months are not conservative your policy lapses.

I missed 3 months some are from last year and i received an sms that 3 policies have lapsed, with no option to reinstate. I was told to take another policy if i am still interested. This was never disclosed to me even on my policy contract i read every word there is nothing disclosed regarding missed premiums.

I want Capitec to reinstate my policies with no waiting period, i will pay the outstanding 3 months. Failure to do so please pay back all my premiums as this is ridiculous.
