Lame excuse for hidden agenda

Dear Capitec bank you are such great *****, you ***** money from me and come up with a lame excuse that you don't even send me the proof that the cost of sms which cost R4 was a bulk of transactions that I made and when I check the transaction they dont even amount to that money. How pathetic that you claim to be cost effective while robbing us your clients. Please stop *****ing my money as this has been on going for far way to long and the explanation you give is not satisfying and very lame .
