Lack of staff

My observations indicate clearly that Capitec are not covering the employment equity fairly. Their branches unfortunately reflect a lack of white staff. Judging from the negative reviews on this site regarding incompetence and lack of service clearly indicates that there needs to be an equal distribution of staff demographics. This is a public service business and I believe should reflect that to cover fairly this Rainbow Nation of ours and to put a holt on BBEEE unfairness
