Lack of Safety and Security

I was very disappointed when i walked into the Capitec bank in Malvern,and found there was no security at all. I was there to deposit a lump sum of money and found that the bank has no security or a security guard inside the bank and outside by the ATM. How are we made to feel safe at the bank with our monies when there is no urgency for security.Malvern is a densely populated area, with all types of ********* and the bank allows us to do our business in an unsafe environment. I cant imagine what the employees go through everyday, having to deal with unsettled clients, without a sense of security. Capitec Bank is putting our lives in danger, even in malls every bank has a security guard, why cant there be one in Malvern? or are you'll waiting until an incident happens to one of you'll customers or employees. A visible security guard gives everyone a sense of security, please do something about this issue before its too late and not an automated response.
