Lack of openness

I have lost a child 2 weeks ago, it has been so difficult at home and didn’t even have money to bury the boy, we decided to seek donations and lot of people were kind and were donating through Capitec Account, we did not touch the account and decided to refund other people. To our suprise we could not transact, even the money that has nothing to do with the donations. When I discovered that, I immediately sent email to them, informing them about a problem and even said they can come arrest me if they think I have committed crime. I find this very delicate and ridiculous. A person gets to freeze your account just like that. I usually use the card for easy Capitec to Capitec transfers for my children as the card belongs to my late wife. I went to branch in Virginia after she pass on to make sure if it’s legal to continue using a card since it’s my wife and they said it’s okay. Now what is this that this bank is doing? I emailed them all my contacts details and they can contact me about everything in this matter but they haven’t got back to me. Please help me here. Thank you Thulo Mahase
