Lack of customer service

To this day, my account name is still not updated, despite my numerous attempts to have this matter resolved. I have sent follow-ups, visited the branch, made phone calls, and even escalated through email — yet nothing has been done.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. There has been no sense of urgency, no accountability, and not even a single follow-up call from your side to update me on progress. It’s shocking that such a basic correction has taken this long.

Your continued lack of action clearly demonstrates poor customer service and gross negligence. I have provided all the required documentation multiple times, and yet your team keeps delaying the process.
