Lack of competency and professionalism
After banking with capitec for 13 years they treated me like a nobody for the past few months.....they very *********** and unreliable the cant resolve one simple matter I'm done with the bank......and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.....I'm moving to a different bank as off today
