Lack of Communication
Capitec has delivered poor service with regards to assisting me with a loan. I have tried to get into contact with them a numerous amount of times but they keep redirecting me to automated voice messages and tell me their consultants are too busy. They have started the process but i have not been able to go further for the past week now.
